What's funny is I almost skipped the steeple today because I figured with Beamish out and only Rooks in it, there wasn't much chance of anything interesting happened. Then I thought about it and decided to just take my lunch and watch the race in the office, figuring Rooks might game up the way some other guys have. Wow! I never expected he'd break the race open and get silver! The 5k will be tough but honestly, given the level of performance some other US guys have mustered, I wouldn't put it past Fisher or even Blanks honestly. It's just one of those meets where the US team seems to be feeding off each other. Medaling in every event would be insane!

I thought Blanks looked pretty solid. Who knows what can happen once you make the final?

800 seems the least likely to me, but with how things have been going Kessler will probably somehow end up with a Silver.
