hey rojo until you grow up and give Nikki the respect they deserve and at least attempt to get their pronouns right instead of intentionally getting it wrong i’m using she/her pronouns for you. in all seriousness they deserve some respect as a person and not just as a runner but even if it was just on the basis of being a REALLY good runner they deserve a lot of respect. it’s like calling someone the wrong name on person that they’re clearly stated they don’t go by. mistakes are one thing but this feels purposefully hateful and it’s tired. let’s see how rojo feels when we misgender her on her own message boards. new game is every time she uses she/her pronouns for Nikki i’m using she/her pronouns for her too :) see how ridiculous i sound?
I don't know what you are talking about. I don't purposely misgender they. It's just awkward as hell to not do it (see how awkward that previous sentence is and I talk really fast on the podcast). it's just awward as hell to talk/write this way and the longer it goes on the worse I think it's not a good idea for society. I kind of wish we as a sociert NEVER talked about gender. I also think hiltz is a fascinating human being. I love how they at least stand for something even if it's something I think is absurd.
TLDR - I don't misgender her on purpose it's just too complicated to not do it sometimes on the podcast and think they is very interesting so I do respect hiltz as a person.
I think this was a good defence. By reading this it is clear you can't write a single sentence without butchering at least one word. No wonder adding more complexity to the mix doesn't end up well.
