Yeah optically I would agree with that. She just looked a little flat out there tonight - not injured or compromised in that respect, but just a little flat.
58.51 and a 60.15 close is average by her level of ability.
That being said it's June 12 and not the 5th of August which is the Olympic final - completely possible she has just come off her final block of solid training prior to Paris and this is just a stepping stone championships for her.
Never feel like it's a bad thing to not be in your best form 7 weeks out from a major meet so I doubt there is much to worry about.
