Reading through this thread is it a safe summary that Sean is overbearing and non developmental as a coach, focuses on getting a lot of NIL money to bring in alot of runners then cut the slow?
What is it that is driving assistants away? Is it only Nic Jacobsen who has left? Any word on where he went to or may be going to?
He is way in over his head, the director position he was given is too much for him to handle. He treats athletes improperly and wears his emotions on his sleeve, with his assistant coaches gone so soon it becomes more worrisome.
Looks like a couple new assistant coaches.
By my count, it’s 6 assistants that he has had since he got there that have all been removed from the website. Pendergast, Kilrea, Duca, Stupak, Fehr all have gone elsewhere.

Fehr got deported, she didn’t leave on her own accord
It is all over now. Carlson is gone going to CU. Step 1 complete. Now to reach out to TS, MW, and RG at CU... he'll have 1 year there.
