4k 12.24 exact same pace
12:24 for 4000
4k in 12:24 = 31:00/10k exactly.
Negative split in the works?
Still needs to shave 20 seconds off the second 5k?
Now halfway, 5k in 15:30, now alone starting to catch lapped runners
Parker exactly 15:30 at 5k . . . and now on her own
Rather smooth pass Parker made past a pack of lapped runners, let's hope she keeps a good rhythm going
She's gonna get the qualifier
18:31 for 6k, is she picking it up? Absolutely mowing down the rest of the field now
If she runs the last 4k at her last K pace, yes she will. It was a 3:00/3:01. Wow.
Parker is faster than she's ever had the chance to run. She's just so much faster than everyone and never has anyone to run with.
She is killing it and is anyone else surprised how decent this flotrack coverage is?
Credit to Thackery for an excellent pacing job to 5k. It actually may have timed out perfectly where as soon as Thackery was gone it became time to start lapping everyone.

Yes.
Dropped from 3:06/k for first 5k to 3:00-3:01 for 6th k.
And just passed Jenna Hutchins who is in 2nd place.

Oh my god that's crazy. I knew she had a lot to give when she ran 14:52 solo, but it's still crazy watching her do it.
Olympic standard dreams alive
Still looking strong at 8k as she passes in 24:41. Lapped the whole field, it's on this last 2k! Very impressive display by Valby
I think she’s gonna miss the standard by a few ticks. She’s beginning to look human. Still well under 31 no doubt.
24:41 @ 8k so slowed a bit from that impressive 6th kilo
