He was 53.4 at the 400 but in last place at the time.

We've been saying this for 2 years now. I think it's time to accept this is it.

So did he just walk off the track?

If you ask experienced coaches or former good runners on here, once you start dropping out , it gets easier and easier to continue it.

Exactly one year later and does the same thing at the same meet. Man, this guy needs an award for most DNFs ever or something.

I don't know how his coach allows him to be on the team with how much he does this
