When I tried to expose his modus operandi, he uses some other anonymous names to call me derogatory sexual names intended to slander my dignity, self-respect and my love for God. At one point he even blasphemously questioned whether Jesus or the bible was real when I kindly asked him to repent from his evil nature!!!!
He thinks he can out-argue me with semantics and legal doublespeak but couldn't himself be tested with semantics and legal doublespeak!!! He couldn't play well the game he was trying to impose on my innocent and morally pure heart/mind/eyes/soul!!!!
I'm at a loss for what to do with men like him.........really.............goodness me!

Thank goodness he finally got caught. I didn't think it was possible to be more obviously a doper than Rashid Ramzi, but Katir proved me wrong. That's at least one more Olympic medal going to a potentially clean athlete instead of a doper.
Katir's whereabout failures remind me of the time that UFC champion Jon Jones allegedly hid underneath the MMA ring set up in the middle of his gym for an hour when testers showed up unexpectedly. Funny stuff!

I'm happy enough with your analysis but as you know I peg myself to extremely high RF moral or moral RF standards of integrity and ethics, I do not tolerate one tiny speck or might I say atom of moral discrepancy in space-time. For this reason, the 1st test is enough evasion of testing which in turn is also enough proof of doping hence doping. If I set the rules and run the planet earth, these will be my infallible standards!!!

Whether or not he committed fraud, fraud is not an anti-doping violation. Booking a flight is permitted. But failing to update that in ADAMS is not.
Most tellingly, he wasn't accused of fraud, but of three whereabouts failures within 1 year -- or if you prefer, a failure to fulfill his contractual duty as a professional -- to which he admitted -- no more excuses -- and will be punished with a 2-year ban.

I asked you who among the RF-Kings made any objective observations about sports performance. You said many other things, like a mix of objectivity-subjectivity was superior and that objective reality is not reality at all but an ILLUSION, but you also conceded that no RK-King has yet looked at sports performance.

Sure, and rightly so. How many athletes know these regulations, accept them and follow them? Thousands, I think. If you still spontaneously think you have to do a long run within the 60 minute window, then that at least shows a disregard for the rules and also a lack of professionalism compared to others. But if you have to be away due to an emergency, you can obviously always send a quick email and then make well-founded, credible statements (according to the AIU press release), which will be checked. If that happens once, it's not a problem. I think the system is fair.

What's with all the theatrical denial we see from bonafide cheaters like Houlihan and now Katie? It's plain as day they were cheating and they got caught, but all the while, we saw Lance Armstrong levels of performance art. The self righteous indignation and acrid verbal attacks on the criticism, all the while they know full well they are indeed cheaters. What causes this?
Question - He missed three tests, but how many times was he tested during that 9 month time period?
Probably close to a half dozen yet he never tested positive despite obviously being a juicer. More proof how easy it is to avoid testing positive. Good thing other integrity measures (while still limited) are in place such as banning the dopers who miss tests to avoid pi$$ing hot.
