Then, yes, it’s sad that strangers hook up after a night at the club, but that’s where things are. You seem to give the regular joe a break for this, but expect more from a young person bc they can play basketball well? 1) You can get upset about social media posts all you want and not put any "stock" in them - but if he's in a photo with her with his shirt off looking like they just came out of a bedroom and her caption is "I just f-ed Josh Giddey" - like what else are we looking at? Or is every damning social media image a made-up conspiracy fabrication?

2) Who said I'm giving a "regular" Joe a break for anything? Honestly - if this was a one time occurance and Giddey was legitimately misled, especially considering he allegedly met this girl in a venue where there is an expectation of minimum age based on law in the first place, I would say that a little bit of common sense should be applied even if a law was broken. The problem is, it appears like this "relationship" extended beyond that and that's when it's on him and yes, as a famous guy with money he needs to be a little more careful with situations like this. I don't expect more from him - if he wants to break the law that's his prerogative - I just think that he needs to be way more careful because there is no doubt these situations do and are going to occur more with guys like him than just a regular slapnut 21 year old.

None of this nonsense would have happened between them if Josh had taken the higher road or had taken up Christianity which teaches sexual purity in The Lord. God's law is always higher than man's one. Even if man's law states that it's okay to screw around if you fulfil certain terms and conditions but that is completely against God's law which is free of terms and conditions and foolproof. If you follow the latter law you are guaranteed a life free of blame and blemish while if you follow the former you still bring yourself agony and pain of all sorts because as you say there are always loopholes and gray areas in man's law, kinda like the luck of the draw. With God's law, there is no luck and no draw, it's GUARANTEED GOOD LIFE 100%!!!
