To see the problem, you need to ask a better question: Why are Haiti and the Dominican Republic, which are two halves of the same island and have the same average IQ, doing so differently?

But with this in mind, why do black problems in black cities concern white conservatives? I personally never cared about cities like Detroit, Baltimore, the Bronx in NY , because the danger in these communities and cities is not my problem or my doing. So why don’t you do the same ?

If so, it's more segregationist than anything. Don't worry about black cities, whites never go there, it's okay if they are poor and full of gangs, etc. Substitute "schools" for "cities" and maybe you'll get it.
You may first have to outgrow the presumption that white conservatives just don't like black people. While you're at it, cast aside the silly fantasy that there are few black conservatives. You just don't notice them because they tend to be conservative Democrats.

I don’t follow this “anti racist” stuff as it seems to be one sided and biased. It is simply an observation I have made. I never had any interest in visiting black areas in cities, when my family went to New York City for example, we went for the skyscrapers , boat tour, Brighton beach, and the park. We have zero interest in going to dangerous areas , especially dangerous areas with black people. The shootings, robberies, and uneasy vibe in those places was simply of no interest , that includes the people living there too. So I ask again, why do white conservatives focus on black on black crime and the “hood”, when it shouldn’t be any concern of theirs ?
