One of the main problems are the disappearing opportunities for a decent job for men. Men used to be defined by their jobs and that is going away.
Corporations figured out that if they hire woman in higher positions it not only looks good but it's also cheaper. From Preschool to College, you see a lot more female teachers. Why? Because a lot of them have lousy pay.And then we are not really meeting each other in our modern society. We are all "busy" or pretend to be "busy" and hardly have a good thoughtful conversation with another human being outside of your closest family.
Women are better in some positions to be fair, but it's good for DEI initiatives and corporate sponsorships.
Tucker Carlson had it right--there is a war against boys/men. He had a good piece in 2018 about it.
