Not that the pious care a whit for my agnostic's opinion of prayer, but...
I think an acceptable prayer to say before a race is a prayer for the safety of all the runners (or a prayer of thanks afterwards to the same effect). No injuries, in other words. I've just never believed that God was in the business of putting his finger on the scale of a sports event.
Addy Wiley time!!!! Wiley nation baby!!! The future of women’s distance running.

What a great run by Deadmon! He’s run very well on US 4x4s before, nice to see him win this.

I think the 800m final was right before the 4x4?

wanted to mention this in my previous post. Is it those three and Mu, or is there a 200m runner who we feel can run faster than one or two of them?
an average of 48.79 gets us the record. 3:15.17
Best rn would be Syd, Wilson, Gabby Thomas, and Mu. But Steiner and Diggs are more than solid subs.
Athing is racing! LFG!
Womens 1500m order will be Sinclair, Wiley, McGee calling it now
It is time to Gouch!

Will Boling be selected for relay pool?

Deadmon and Norwood have the consistency to make the world finals, and I feel like Quincy Hall could rip a 43 one day.
