yeah, it’s just some random high schooler from Ohio that often promotes himself and his own high school. think his name is Andy or Andre, need to fact check that
Regarding the owner of the instagram account and slanderer being the same person. I love how he even went through the time to profile some "random kid" in Ohio called "Andy or Andre" as the owner of the instagram account.
But the thing is its likely not just some random claim. He truly does tread on thin ice when it comes to things he says or jokes about. For example, there are ss of him making antisemitic jokes at the expense of the jews and the holocaust. Surprises me he has a scholarship or is even able to attend UO at this point. For all those who want the proof, Noah Breker's run on Strava on April 4th of this year. The context is the Minnesota state high school league didn't allow Noah to run at arcadia, and connor commented a bunch of edgy "funny" things, which obviously in the case of the antisemitism, is not okay. Hopefully he'll get a reality check in college and learn this doesnt fly, especially in todays world.
I was always curious as to why Noah Breker didn't race. What exactly happened? Why are different states stopping athletes from running a regular high school invitational?
Honestly, Arcadia 3200 could have made a huge difference in his season. Noah Breker islikely a 2 miler. If Breker went under 8:45 at Arcadia he would of probably been invited to Brooks Pr. I would be ashamed on the Minnesota's state high school league for taking away opportunities from Noah Breker's last track season.
He's such a moron to comment that under his real name. If I were Oregon's athletic department I'd have a massive chat with him to tell him to stay off social media

Most of the people still in these positions are likely old people who hate the way the sport has become and will enforce rules like how a logo on a uniform cant be larger than X inches.
I feel bad for this kid I know he had some big goals this season and who knows what he could have run if he was at arcadia. he suprised us at nxn and footlocker, what if he was able to run sub 8:40? I hope in the future they reconsider there rules.
wonder if he's compensating for something. I don't want to make assumptions but his mannerisms just sort of look gay. or he's from a backwater town in Missouri (I don't know exactly where he lives - is it a StL suburb?) and that's the culture
Ashland, MO is halfway between Columbia and Jefferson City. This is in the middle of the state. His dad used to be the coach at Mizzou (located in columbia).
Having met Connor last year I can say for sure that he is one of the most homophobic people I have ever met and that he has the maturity of an 8th grader. I gathered this after being around him for about an hour. Also have heard some not so great things regarding how he treats women
It is clearly slander. The first 3 sentences are opinion based and not factual. The last sentence was obviously made up to fit in the narrative. Very upsetting how quickly people bought into it.

what about if the person making these statements on letsrun IS the same person who posted the instagram picture (as some people have suspected)? This person has also provided incomplete picture of his conversation with connor burns on snapchat by deleting his messages. This absolutely is slander and is very punishable by the court of law.

you don't just do this stuff and expect to get away with it. There is a legal system to protect people from this.

Slander must be a false statement of fact, not an opinion. So just realize this.

It would only be considered slander if he made up that he met Burns and talked for an hour. I believe the instagram post is bad, but I don't know if it's punishable by law. Anyone with legal experience here know better?
