I don't want to have to send Shelby a check every time someone buys a shirt.
After this one day sale, all shirts (if any are left, and i highly doubt there will be any) will be only for people to choose as their free shirt when they join the SC. So that way I can just cut her a single check.
Fair enough. Not necessarily the way I would have accounted for this, or handled it in general, but then again I didn't go to Princeton....
Just one last question, though. By using the words "finally send a check" you seem to be implying that you haven't actually sent any money to Shelby yet. Can this possibly be true? At this point her ban is almost 2 years old and he defense is LONG over.
I would give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this is just a final check or several but I'm not sure what they taught you at Princeton.
How have you proved the haters wrong? You proved us right.
Yes, people said the shirts were dumb, but the real issue was with you not only continuing to defend Shelby but also to send her money.
You selling the shirts and then using that money to send to Shelby (which we honestly don't believe you are actually doing) is actually proving the "haters" (us) correct that YOU are the problem

*but also your plan (which we find abhorrent but don't believe) to send her money
The rojo of the past wouldn’t joke about stuff like this. You wouldn’t find it funny. You would be disgusted by their farce and waterfall of lies. You’d feel bad for all the athletes Shelby stole from. None of this stuff today makes you a cool kid. It makes you a chump

Thankfully, I don't use the made up accounting they try to teach you at Princeton.
That's not how I'm calculating it. I'm calculating the profit/loss of each shirt.
Each shirt cost like $13.92 to make. I'll count up every shirt that sold for more than that and send the "profit" on those shirts to Shelby. Everything that sold for less than that or was free (lots of SC members chose it) will be viewed as a marketing expense.
It is truly insane that any post you make will have a negative like/dislike ratio simply because it is you. It must be super entertaining for you
Nothing more pathetic than hyping yourself up with a sock puppet account buddy. Peace be with you.
Guys we don't have to take rojo's word on any of this since Shelby is an unaffiliated party. She will be able to verify if suck a check exists, and if so how much it is for. So how would you like us to find out you're lying rojo, from you or her?

So I thought, "A shirt needs to be made." But if I'd made the shirt at profit, I would have been totally crucified. A lot of people I know and respect really believe she's innocent (I also have people i respect who thinks she guilty).
I thought, "It's crass to make the shirt and profit off of it. Let's at least use that hate to help her defense fund." I mean I don't get why anyone who is for a strong anti-doping rules would be opposed to people raising strong defenses. If the system can stand up to a strong defense, then we have more faith in the system.
I’m not sure you understand how profits are calculated.
it’s total sales - total costs = profits
Even if you sell an individual shirt for less than cost, you are still contributing to the overall profit of the alternative is $0.
