The thing is, 5 years ago she was 14! When people are talking about experience, what's her experience? He could be one of her first boyfriends. 30 years is just too much of a gap. She might not be, but some 19 year olds are really immature. They only moved out of home less than a year ago... she could've been in high school a year ago. Just thinking of high school life and so on, it's worlds apart. Now I know she is a model so I guess she will have had a less traditional upbringing and maybe she didn't go to high school and studied via the internet/home school, but teenagers are teenagers. Of course it's all legal and they're both 18+ but there is a big difference between someone who has been in that category ('adult') for one year and someone who has been in that category for 30 years. I don't know, I can't see something like this working out long term but either way I hope they are both happy.
Who cares if it works long term?
There is a distinct set of people who voice concerns or THIS sort of pairing like:
"what if it doesn't work long term!?" and "what could they possibly have in common!?" and "sure, it's legal, but..."
Who do not find it appropriate to voice any concerns about, for instance:
*polycules
*interracial or intercultural or inter-SES relationships ("what do they even have in common!?")
*kink-based relationships
* trans-cis relationships
* etc.
The primary reason is, obviously, that these sorts of relationships pose no real threat to the romantic interests of the people voicing the concerns about Leo + Hottie relationships, whereas Leo+Hottie offers at least a possibility of a slight trickle down effect which could disrupt the market dynamics for the caterwaulers.
