For CBA, you should be naming John Coyle and Matt Mitchell before you name those guys. Coyle was part of a pretty unbelieveable year in '92.
New Jersey runners went 2,3,5 at Foot Locker Finals (nee Kinney). DiJoseph, Coyle, Mykotok. I believe Urie Ridgeway also made it to that finals, although he did not fare as well as those three.

coyle was not part of the legendary '92 squad. that '92 xc squad managed a stunning 3rd place at the MOC, losing to don bosco (of all teams.)
coyle's sr year was 1988. urie ridgeway did not qualify for kinney finals that year, although NJ did go 2,3,5 with JDJ, mykotok and J.C. himself.
kerwin, mitchell, (black) savoth, gale, casagrande, etc were all good.
c. bennett is tops though.

first of all, it's "loath" - the adjective, meaning reluctant or disinclined. "Loathe" - with an "e" on the end, is a verb, meaning to hate.
second, anybody who knows anything about sport knows that the short list of nigerian football greats has names like kanu, jay-jay okocha and christian chukwu - not okoye.
