I’ve lived in Reno now 2 years and it is an amazing place if you like the outdoors. 40 min from north Tahoe, 65 from south Tahoe. 4 seasons. Lots of good places to eat, casinos aren’t a bother unless you are downtown, no state income tax, college with medical school, altitude, not that hot during the summer. The south part is much nicer but getting expensive.
