How much warning does an athlete get before a tester arrives? There has to be a certain amount of warning so they know you will be home when they arrive. Is it possible that you have 12 to 24 hours? If so, that would give you enough time to go get yourself a burrito, from a vendor that provides the exact type of food that "might" cause a positive test. That way, if you do end up showing a positive result you have the receipts that may get you off.
If you had enough time and had concern you might trigger a positive result, isn't this the exact thing you would do to cast doubt?
What happened to her improved diet being part of the reason why she is a much better athlete? Or was the diet burritos with a side dish of nandrolone.

It doesn't work that way. You give them a list of time windows that you'll be available for. They then just show up randomly during one of those windows and let you know that they're there.
If you are the first person busted for it, there is obviously some leeway. If you’re stupid enough to eat a pork burrito from a Mexican food truck, knowing you are under a strict drug testing regime in the moths leading up to the damn Olympic Games, you are an idiot or a cheat. Especially after Ajee Wilson, who runs in your damn event, narrowly escaped being banned.

An average Chipotle burrito contains 85-115 grams of meat. In order for Houlihan to get 5 microg/L Nandrolone in her body, she had to have consumed at least 300g of contaminated pork.
The question is: can and would Shelby Houlihan eat three burritos?

Weight doesn't matter in this case, as we are not talking percentage, but the amount of Nandrolone in microg/L in urine.
300g of contaminated pork will cause the same amount of Nandrolone in a 50kg woman and a 100kg man.
I hope the food truck in question sues the crap out of her for trashing their business to the whole world with zero proof.

The AIU argued it is the athlete’s “personal duty to ensure no prohibited substance” enters his body.
So they simply do not care where Nandrolone came from, their job is to protect clean athletes and not investigate why someone has high amounts of Nandrolone in them.

Did they or are they tracking down the food truck from which she bought the burrito and test a sample of the pork used? and or the source from where the pork was purchased by the food truck? Even if the pork from the truck is contaminated, it's still in her system. Now what?
Also, where do we draw a line as to what is an "allowable limit" for contaminated food? Bottom line is that if there's Nandrolone in your system whether you know it or not you're still gaining the benefits. When you test positive, you simply say "Oh yeah, I had a pork burrito last night", or better yet "I eat pork every day".
