Yes, there is a lot of speculation and little information. Remember, CNN or FOX or LR posters won't decide if the killings were racially motivated or a hate crime. It will be decided in a court of law. Did the shooter have online posts about how much he hated Asians and wanted them out of the country? Were there other incidents involving Asians in his past? That will all be investigated.

In the case of the El Paso shooter at the Walmart the guy had an anti-immigrant manifesto and admitted he was targeting Mexicans. There are two sets of charges in that case: State capital murder charges and Federal charges of of committing a hate crime resulting in deaths. The defense team cited mitigating circumstances such as severe mental disabilities and claimed their client was in a psychotic state when arrested. I assume this defense is an attempt to avoid the death penalty.

As usual, when a white guy is involved in a mass shooting, they always say he had mental problems (no sh**!). He went specifically to Asian parlors. Killed Asian women. I don't need to be Sherlock Holmes or Columbo to figure this one out.

Also again a white guy is armed and dangerous, who just committed multiple first degree murders, is taken into custody without being harmed. SMH....

The police spokesman said he was having a bad day.....WTF!! What about the victims....they had the ultimate bad day. This racist BS in America never ends.

3) Step three, is the accused Hispanic by chance? If yes, the solutions are to build a MASSIVE border wall across our entire Southern border, permanently station US infantry / artillery / special forces along the US-Mexico border, end chain migration, deportation of all DACA recipients, and mandatory English education...TALK ‘Murican dammit! If the accused is not Hispanic move to the next step below.

4) Is the perp a teenager or a college kid? If yes, you’re done! The cause of the crime is the nanny state, generational laziness, violent video games & movies, pre-marital sex, porn, and the absence of God (The Christian God) in schools. We need to ban all porn, ban all violent video games & movies, teach abstinence-only sex education, bring back school prayer, and slash all entitlement programs (except for Medicare and social security for the elderly...).

5) Can it be proven that the perpetrator is a registered Democrat? If yes, you’re done! The cause is the violent political ideology of the left. Didn’t you know the Nazis were Social Democrats? Didn’t you know that the Democratic Party of the early 20th century was pro-segregation? The only solution to save our Democracy is to have single party control of the Government and to make Trump & his family POTUS for life—that’s how you save Democracy!

6) Is the accused a woman? If yes, this is a rare event but the cause is the loss of family values, no fault divorce, legalized abortion, easy access to contraception, and women’s inability to handle work related stress. We need to ban all abortion, contraception, and divorce to prevent such incidents in the future.

7) This is the final step. In this step the perpetrator is a white male that may or may not be a Christian. In these cases (which are the majority) the only possible explanation is mental illness. In these cases it is way too soon to discus doing anything! After all we cannot overreact to these situations by passing EXTREME new laws! The only option is to turn to prayer and realize that we are helpless to prevent further similar incidents.

After some time for prayer and reflection, the only reasonable possible solution is to arm every man, woman, and child with large caliber firearms and mandate open carry at all times.

Please follow the above algorithm at all times to insure a productive, reality based discussion of crime in America on the boards. That is all.
