Reimhardt Harrison (11th Grade, 4:01 as a sophomore) runs 3xmile in 4:18/4:14/4:07

Well I mean apart from the obvious fact that it's the HS Record by almost 1 full second per lap, and this guy is essentially a nobody up until people started talking about this workout.

He has been in recent Tinman Elite workout videos hanging off the back or doing slightly less volume than everyone else, now you think he's basically better than all of them based on this one hero workout.

The more I think about it the more I think he's lying about the times. But aside from that, can we just appreciate what a terrible session this is. Like which coach in their right mind would set 3 x 1 mile at faster than 3k pace, then 3 x 400 at faster than 800 pace?! It is literally insane.

As I’ve said through this thread, this kid is special. Woth the right guidance he will run FAST. He reminds me of Tom Byers, or a mix between a young Jager (when he carried his arms lower) and Francis O’Neil (you’ll likely have to look him up along with Tom Byers). Fingers crossed that this kid sees his full potential.
