You don't follow. Agip knows the s+p 500 is currently @ 2,000, not 2,200. But he is a small man and not too bright. In order to try to win the argument, he chose to ignore this fact. Hence, he is a small man. Thinking nobody would pick up on this -- that's where he shows he is not very bright.
