Do you know how Trump keeps claiming that "Everybody wanted him to overturn Roe"?
This is exactly how they intend to implement Project 2025.
don-OLD DUMP won't even know what's in it (he doesn't read), and they'll just tell him "everyone wants this executive action" and "everyone thinks this person would be great for this job... making them 'acting' and Congress won't have to approve them," and so on.
He'll do it all.
He would sign a Federal Abortion Ban in a heartbeat if the can land one on his desk. And he'll think it will be super popular, because he's a useful idiot and they will tell him to sign it.
Seems like it is mostly Dems that want the federal government to determine abortion laws. Leave it to the states. You can choose where you want to live. Dems = federalists. Republicans = anti-federalists.
1) You are correct that America won't elect a Marxist. Kamala Harris isn't a Marxist.
.
Kamala hasn’t outlined her official policies yet other than two items: government price fixing and $25k for home buyers (didn’t we already learn what happens to inflation when you give people a bunch of money for free some point in the past few years?). Her previous policy positions included Medicare for All, introduction of the Price Gouging Prevention Act in 2020, an opposition to free trade (voted against the TPP, NAFTA and the USMCA), and a slew of pro-labor platforms. Her tagline “an economy that works for working people”. Is not far away from “Workers of the world, unite!”. Just because you claim Kamala is not a Marxist, does not make it so.
Yes it does. She's not a Marxist. She's a progressive Democrat.
The main thing though is that your issues with her policy stances would actually be worthy of discussion IF your guy wasn't a criminal who also tried to overturn a fair election. So, get a reasonable person to head the GOP, and I'll be glad to have policy discussions with you.

Republicans are openly lobbying for a national ban on abortion, so the whole "states rights" argument is already obsolete. Vance has also suggested some form of monitoring travel between states to prevent travel for abortions.
In reversing Roe, Thomas floated the idea of attacking same sex marriage next. IVF and contraception will be outlawed if the extreme elements of the Republican Party get their way.
The idea that Republicans are "anti-federalists" may have been true under Reagan, or even the Bushes. It's not true under Trump; to the extent that the Republican Party still exists, it is in favor of using the federal government to achieve its goals.

She is NOT a progressive Democrat. She is a radical leftist. Bernie Sanders is a self-avowed socialist and they rated her the most radical Dem Senator, even to the left of Bernie. Don't look at what she is saying now as she moves to the center for the general election. Look at what she was championing 5 years ago. She is about as radically left as they come, Che Guevera included.

Why don't you share some of her leftist polices/ votes that you find so offensive?

I'd like to hear some myself?
She going to stop censorship? Genocide? Break up the monopolies and oligarchies?
