Is anyone here a registered poster on Runners World? If so, is it possible for you to try to contact "Doubly Bionic Ironwolf" who first posted about Rob's result in 2004, and is still active on the forums? He / she may be able to shed some light on how they heard about that result. I'm confident I have the right results listing as Tracey Haseldine and Louisa Edmonston do appear, the other runners DBI refers to.

I just downloaded it all, some of it twice (They are all named Night Run, Lunch Run, Morning Run, Evening Run, and sometimes I lost track of what I had already downloaded). He must have been pressured to do it by his sponsors or else he's just really dumb to release this and still proclaim his innocence. These really are damning, even if they did strip the HR and/or cadence data.

Not sure where you want me to post it or if anybody else has done the same, but know there's a copy of his and Joanna's right now.

Strava throws out the "This activity has been flagged" comment automatically when an uploaded result doesn't correspond with reality. For example, I was visiting a town and wanted to get some distances from my hotel when I was in a cab to map out some routes. When I uploaded it to Strava, it was flagged because the speed I was travelling was obviously not possible for a running activity.

Yep, he should just give up the act at this point. Nice work on downloading. I'm not itching to look at it right now, just hoping it is saved in case it's possible to edit it.

I have a few screenshots from the non RY account of two of the runs including the night with the sub 4 mile and sub 1:45 half mile, and one of the run labelled evening ride.

In this case it was the result of users manually flagging it. I regularly have to flag biked events marked as runs at faster than WR pace.. Strava doesn't do it for me.

Those 28 miles would be a PR effort (with taper before and recovery after) for a 2:45 marathoner. RY is not a 2:45 marathoner, and especially not after two weeks of 70-80 mile days.

These were at 4,000 feet altitude...You're looking at 8-10sec a mile

There's another run with many 6min or faster miles at 6,000 feet altitude. That's even more of a conversion.

Throw in the grades, and it's impossible.
