Let me see if I get this straight. The stock market is at all-time highs. Not just for one. But for the Dow. For the Nasdaq. And for the S & P 500. Unemployment is at a 50-year low. Jobs growth is skyrocketing. A record number of people are working. And you want to impeach a duly elected president over a phone call? Are you serious? Am I dreaming this?

I don't see the big deal here, need to call out the BS.

Not sure if Biden has openly addressed the fact that his son's appointment was improper, but he needs to have some lines ready for that, and not just defensiveness. As a public servant you are going to get that scrutiny. He needs to keep owning it and then call out trump's nepotism to put into perspective for people. These politicians don't really understand how basic the level of people's reasoning can be. They don't usually put 1 and 2 together and instead fixate on the emotion-grabbing one liners... they need to be reminded that there is ZERO equivalence to trump's criminal behavior.

The strategies employed are interesting though. Trump NEVER subjects himself to this kind of cozy open talk with citizens who don't think like him, so the risk he gets wrapped up in something like this is low, but could you imagine how he'd react? There is NEVER honest discourse with Trump. The only opportunity the opposition will have is through the debates, and that is probably not enough b/c trump is out there every single day tweeting lies.

Sounds to me like he was indeed starting to say, "Look fat [a$$]".

"Look, facts" makes no sense in this context. Also, there was no pause after "Look". There should be no comma. So he wasn't starting to say "Look, facts [show blah blah]".

The guy did say he watches TV all the time and Biden implied, "That's why you are fat and I am not."

Personally, I like the spunk Biden showed here. I hope more people watch the video. Makes Biden look like a guy who doesn't take any crap.

I have. The location of the server within her house is irrelevant. What is relevant is if, how and why she broke any rules or laws. Sally, if you are going to focus on something like this you need to be prepared to apply it to all politicians. Have you looked at the practices of certain Rs and that of trump's appointed family members and himself? If you are for following the rules and law then much of trump's cabinet should be fired immediately and he should be removed from office for posing a daily national security risk to the US with his communication practices. But no, you are not ready to admit any of that.

The problem is that Trump has at least three times tried to subvert elections. And he said there was nothing wrong with subverting elections.

He'll do it again, with all the extra power of the WH. And the Rs in the Senate are letting him and won't vote on election security bills.

So we can't just sit back and wait for the election. Because he'll try to subvert the election.

This is so partisan. If the facts overwhelmingly support that the broke the law/ committed an impeachable offense why are no Republicans in the HOuse on board with this. Or no Repubs in the Senate. Mitt Romney has all the money in the world. He has shown he can come down hard on the president. Why is he not backing impeachment? Again, why are NO Repubs backing impeachment? Why are ALL Dems backing impeachment. This really is just a partisan sh%tfest. Excuse my language.

Actually, Kim Jong-un called him a dotard. And Trump did insult him pointing out he thinks of Kim as "short and fat."

Trump has nothing to do with the Dow, the S & P 500, NASDAQ, or employment. He is not responsible for any job growth.

FYI: The Trump Admin has been "tweaking" the employment math to bias the end result. Under Trump the number of people dropped out of statistics has skyrocketed. They are no longer considered unemployed; they no longer exist according to Trump.

i would suggest you ask your elected officials. you can hear how they explain away his illegal behavior. (they haven't been able to do it yet...)
