Came across this guy who claims he’s only running less than 2 years, but looking at videos and Strava runs 120-140k per week with decent sessions/intensity.
His last marathon averaged over 100k per week- so when running approximately one year.
how does one go from 0 to 100k a week with workouts- and he posts fairly big workouts- in one year and not fall apart. Wonder is this like when people claim they only started the day they got a coach but ran 2/3 times a week casually before that.
