But the notion that a person who benefited from a program cannot and/or should not think that said program is a bad idea is just silly. Pure mental laziness.

Well, be careful here. Yes, applying a group's average to all the individuals in that group is racist. However, simply stating the (well-attested) average and making it clear that it is an average is racial but not racist.

Evidence-backed average characteristics of a racial/ethnic group become racist when they are used to prejudge individuals ("racial prejudice"). I was fortunate in having grown up in milieux wherein the top students were black Americans (including at my "elite" university); I can accept both that African Americans on average have an IQ somewhere around 85 and that individually some of them are among the smartest people around--in particular, smarter than me.

Racial differences aren't necessarily innate so claiming there's an average IQ difference without qualification is still racist.

For example there are many studies that show on average, blacks have decreased lung function compared to whites. That's not anything genetic, it's because blacks are concentrated in cities where the air is polluted more.

If you think waving bell curve papers in my face will protect you from being called as racist, you are mistaken.

That is exactly how affirmative action based on race worked, so yes, at princeton there is affirmative action for legacy applicants.

The racists use it to tear down statues. Trump probably going on Mt Rushmore for nailing 3 Americans to the Supreme Court during violent displays of Racism and Communism

Pound for pound this is the best Supreme Court for people who think like me in my lifetime. I find Brown and Sotomayor to be unprofessional in their opinions and deeply flawed in their politics. The Democrats have only Hillary and RBG to blame for this philosophical metamorphosis in SCOTUS. Hillary was a mess of a candidate who was tarred by excessive privilege and her "co-presidency" and Benghazi while further losing votes to the shameless politics used to get Sanders out of the running before the convention.

Baltimore has atrocious schools though. If the woke mindset didn't believe that disciplining people - for any reason, including violence and drugs - is the school to prison pipeline, schools would be able to maintain order so those students who actually want to learn could.

Legacy admits make business sense. The forebears were able to pay the tuition and they can probably pay for their progeny as well. No loss of endowment on them. Affirmative action means using endowment money to pay the way of the admitted students.
