We don’t know the offence except in the very broadest terms and these terms may be utterly misleading.

This is a very complicated matter; that of due process in what is a very serious offence and consequences.

The refs I have provided and further reading available point out that whilst not a court there should be more of what we would understand as due process.

We simply have no idea if the decisions are erroneous or unjust.

WADA world is not a court but the panels that make the decisions do get very very close to due process.
