Just keep on the good work Canefis! The Dancan system takes you to your dream goals and with very good cross training. Go for it!
You look stupid when you do this, Jan Stensson. You embarrass yourself.

The Coach : The "test"- period now keeps on and my "Rubber band principle" tells we have to
start "the workout comeback" with quite slower 400s and 75-76 sec and then I will analyze the outcome and decide next step. This is the way I coach! Individual and perfect calibration.......We now know the causes to small injuries and just balance the "case" . If Canefis now just hold his horses everything gonna be all right.
This with added aerob cycling quite often is a very interesting "solution" I have never tried
in any "case" before, but with still just one running session per day it looks to strengthen up
the aerob power. Interesting really!
And something more I have discovered is that the guy can sprint quite good, at least to run faster than 2:20 marathon . It`s as I always "preach" just a case of correct paces to reach individual top performance . Well done Canefis! :)

I think your plan looks good. Can't speak to the windsurfing and stuff as I have never done it.
Did you scrap the TT or still planning something?
No scrap, still planning! Idea is to safely run next 1-2 weeks with workout session in order to gain some power and strength in leg and be healthy, of course. I want to make TT and continue to train properly. I have also some local race 3K in 16.01.2021, can run there. Course is 3 laps by 1000m with some minor gradient (as per oficial statement), but I checked statistics last 5 events, no good runners there 12-13min per 3km.... maybe gradient is huge??

Nah, I have a good sense of humor. But you confuse humor with false advertising and lies.
We talk about a few letsrun characters in my training group. Every single person thinks you are a clown with a training system. Oh, and a liar too.

Could Usain Bolt run a 1:58 marathon then? xD

They think I am not an arrogant, lying coach, unlike you, Jan Stensson.

I suggest entering the 10k and racing 5k of it if you don't want to do a 10k TT.
I vote for 10 km.

Really? Seriously? An ultra 100k? If your up to it, go for it.
I vote 10k. Based off your 5k pace intervals, you may break 31:00.

Funny is that the fastest guy was here 43-47min :))))) for last 5 years......... I run faster at easy daily, and how it should look at the finish?? :))))))). But, there are no any option to run oficially.... Good serious event in april only.....

Like I didn’t know :-) I voted last week for a 10k already
Regarding TT is good option to run on strong, perfectly calibrated treadmill (as it is the best pacer with no other options available). But I know how people here will react to treadmill results... :-))))))

Another win for dancan and JS
Why not do your time trial on the track? You’ll know it’s legit and can better able regulate your pace and be able to break the race into small chunks, which helps focus.
