I'm an independent but I know a ton of Dem "supporters" and not one, male or female, thinks biological males should be playing women's sports. They also don't think that topic is as important as the economy or childcare or Trump's unnecessary war or education or healthcare.

But credit where it's due: The GOPers are pretty successful in returning the discussion to the minor shit. If the Demos had any sense they'd steer the discussion to the things most people actually care about--but common sense among the Dem "elites" ain't that common.

So many of the Dems I deal with on a daily basis seem to think that a Blue Tsunami in November is a done deal. I think there are going to be some bitterly disappointed folks on the day after the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

Definitely not. This is a person thinks the MOST pressing problem in America is that some women of color achieved positions of status and power (see above). Not the Iran war, inflation, 50% increase in gas prices, no job growth, ICE killing US citizens, prez taking bribes, prez payng himself $1.8B of taxpayer money. Nope, to him those thing pale in comparison to to a woman of color having the audacity to laugh in public.

Serious question. Why do democrats only focus on black women? Biden said he’d nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court and his VP would be a black woman. What about other women - Asian, Hispanic, white?

And I believe 20% of judges appointed by Biden were black women - roughly 2% of lawyers and 6-7% of the population. I think he appointed more black women than white men and Hispanic men…combined - 30% and 10% (rounded) respectively. I’ll do a more thorough calculation tomorrow but even when adjusting for politics (ie how Democrat they vote, in %) it is striking

US is the country loosing most wars in modern history even though they spend more money than anyone else. The thing about US is that the people don't understand capitalism. Look at healthcare. Spending for times more money per person on hralthcare and they still don't have free healthcare.

But I didn't think I would see that US lost a war on US soil. Now Russia and Israel is controlling US through Trump. Famous shows are getting cancelled and the president and his family can't get prosecuted. This is just like Middle East. Why don't Americans want a democratic and modern nation instead?
