a year from now
Spencer will be remembered as the hero, Trump as the traitorous thug.
Once again, trump goes against the armed forces.
Obama fought hard for terrorists. He released Taliban leaders for traitor, Bowe Bergdahl.
Trump fights hard for U.S.A.

they'll never vote for a Democrat tho. It would be in their minds like going to a gay bar or getting purple hair. Just not in the realm of possibility.
Maybe they won't show up to vote I suppose.

You may well be correct.

I didn't think you were a liar before. You clearly are supporting and defending Trump. How can you possibly say you are not supporting him? Liar!
Not really. It just took me ten seconds to get under your skin. Proves I am smarter than you. ?

You just made fun of a serious ailment. Whether this is totally in Biden's past or if it has some effect today is irrelevant. You used it to make fun of him and in doing so made fun of all the people who are reading your post that stutter.
You very much are the type of person who makes fun of stutterers. That's just being honest with you. So please don't pretend that you are decent or kind about this.

Just gotta break into that chest of “insurance” material. They all have something on each other. Cohen has been too far and long removed from Trump the president.

Incorrect. It was ordered by Trump and carried out by the Sec of Defense. Sec of Navy Spencer was a complete disgrace and he deserves every bit of this public humiliation. Defy your Commander-in-Chief and be prepared to face the consequences.

we're all forgetting the back and forth movement of US politics...the country virtually never hires the same party for a third consective term in the WH.
Politics is entertainment and people were bored of the clintons and gores. They wanted something new and different.
Same with HRC...they wanted something to goose things up. So here we are.
Seriously. We use politics as a form of entertainment. It's fine for a while but after 8 seasons we want something new.
I agree with this and coupled with Gore as candidate after Clinton's Presidency led to a party switch. The falsehood is that it had much if anything to do with the impeachment.

Gore said the Global Warming "tipping point" was 2016. That was like 4 years ago. You really would have wanted such a doofus in the Oval Office? Come on. Gore was an idiot.
You really can't read can you? Where did I say I wanted Gore in office at any point?

The falsehood is that Bush was the “better” candidate. He lost the popular vote. And he needed the republican SCOTUS to “secure” the win.

Gore would have won if HE were a better candidate. Two posters....or perhaps the same one....who cannot read.
He didn't lose because of the impeachment of Bill Clinton which was my only point of entrance into this discussion. Clinton's impeachment is a narrative that some Dems want to champion because they want to see Trump impeached. Since we've already heard from the witnesses involved in the impeachment, dragging it out further can only serve to hurt the Dems and could give Trump a victory in 2020 unless the Dems somehow discover a better candidate than what we currently see.

I agree with much of this although Bush senior did win after two years of Reagan. Gore basically did a Hillary. He lost an election that he should have won easily.
Gore, like Hillary had poor social instincts and was stiff and didn't connect with the electorate. He also ran from Clinton which made Clinton's weaknesses actually have a bigger impact. He didn't realize the country moved past Clinton's moral issues.
This might be a small thing but it reflects Gore's larger problem with social awareness. Does anyone remember the awkward drawn out kiss and dance he had with his wife on nomination night? Just bad social instincts which seemed to negate his superior intelligence.

I for some reason don't want to answer that question, but I don't necessarily disagree......or agree. (Maybe I suspected He was an a$$hole, but had no idea there was a certification for that)
He usually answers posts but he didn't respond to mine.

My response was a bit of satire. It just is not my style to call someone an a$$hole. But his post about Biden and stuttering was low and very hypocritical.

His book Assault on Reason—published in April 2007—stated that: “Many scientists are now warning that we are moving closer to several ‘tipping points’ that could – within as little as ten years – make it impossible for us to avoid irretrievable damage of the planet’s habitability for human civilization.”
This was a true statement. Some scientists today believe that all hope is lost.
Most think there is still time if we make radical changes. The IPCC says, "Limiting global warming to 1.5°C would require rapid, far-reaching and unprecedented changes in all aspects of society.”
But nations are unwilling to do what is needed. Only Morroco and Gambia are on target to meet their Paris commitments.
Because of tipping points and feedback loops, hitting 1.5°C makes it more likely we will hit 2.0°C. Hitting 2.0°C makes it more likely we will hit 3.0°C. And so on.
As things stand right now, we are headed for extinction.
