I disagree with this part of your analysis. In the readout/transcript of the call, Tiny is very clear indeed.

Zelensky says he wants weapons (javelins). Tiny says he wants a favor in return. Then he spells out the two favors he is asking for, including several references to the Bidens.

Tiny's motive could not be more apparent. He practically said, "I'm going to bribe you now".

Curious what the likelihood of Dems succeeding in forcing WH witnesses to testify through the courts. Schiff just hinted this could be expedited when it moves to the Senate floor. So we may hear from these clowns after all.

Absolutely, and the House doesn't lose standing through statute of limitations or any other reason. Supreme Court could always pull a year-2000 & stop the count, but then they’d be impeached themselves. Don’t think they don’t know it.

WOW . . . Rigged sure is triggered by pictures of Trump. Maybe if Ghost and he stopped posting photos and cartoons disparaging Democrats they might be able to stop seeing naked Trump, Trump with Ivanka grinding on his lap, Trump with Epstein, and more, and their triggering might stop. But I do not expect those two clowns to stop posting the images they love so much.

This is a risky strategy but the Dems might go this route. It would be preferable to have depositions prior to calling witnesses in a trial. Without depositions—and given the general hostility towards this whole process by the GOP—calling WH staff that are known to be hostile could really backfire.

That being said, at this point, the firewall around POTUS seems impenetrable and—thus—the Dems may need to take a big risk if they are to have any chance at removal.

I think they will need to get at least one of them on record. I doubt there will be more openness from Senate Rs to follow the rules. Dems haven’t made a strong case to the people yet, as reflected in the impeachment polls. They don’t have to convince the GOP, they have to convince voters in their states. The strategy is vote on the evidence they have been able to get and include the president’s obstruction in their report to the Senate. These hearings have gone exactly as expected so not sure there is much more Dems can do here besides get involved in long court battle.

There's no chance at removal so the Democrats need to put on the best show they can. That may involve a strategy of not moving forward with impeachment and using the campaign strategy of saying that the WH was uncooperative and the people did not hear from the witnesses who knew the truth.

The witnesses thus far have been compelling however most Americans have no idea who these people are and I think dragging the hearings out is going to work against the Democrats in the long run unless they get a couple of "names" in front of a microphone such as Bolton or even Rudy.

Watching Rudy walk out in handcuffs sometime in May or June may have more effect on the election than any impeachment failure put forth by the Democrats.
