Hey Flagpole---A lot of people writing online still say that Republican senators won't vote to convict no matter how bad Trump looks from evidence coming out and from his lifetime achievement as a criminal. Do you still think he will be removed? What is the tipping point for Republican senators? I really hope you're right.
On the first Saturday in June 2020 at the OHSAA state track meet, I hope I can find you at the flagpole in Jesse Owens Stadium --- we can celebrate as the dust settles on the Trump admin.
I do believe that Republican Senators might not convict Trump. I think that is crazy given what we already know, but even crazier given what it is clear we are about to hear publicly.
I still PREDICT that they will come to their senses and convict him OR that he will resign before then. Resigning allows him to try to save face. Some don't believe he will ever do that, but I'm not so sure. He definitely looks out for Donald Trump first and foremost, and if the options are on the table and that looks like the best way out, he will do it.
I do not know what the tipping point will be. It MIGHT be something that is yet to happen. Trump has no self-control and is ignorant about what constitutes a crime, so who knows what he will do/say in the coming weeks and months.
I do think that once the defection starts, it will snowball. Someone WILL say something like, "I just can't defend the actions of the President anymore."
Regarding the OHSAA state track meet, I have been to the last several. I will likely go again, but that is always dependent on what I've got going on that day and if there are any races I really want to see.
Ohio is Trump country, you stupid democrat piece of trash!!!!
Time for you to vacate!!!
You and your household are Christian hating pieces of trash. Get out of Ohio!!!!
