You are underestimating the power of Google. The more places that name is found, the more credence it gives to its legitimacy. It has not been proven that that name is actually the whistleblower. You continue to show what a complete dumb@ss you are. First of all, if you hear a conversation, that is first hand. Secondly, it is actually not hearsay, and thirdly, you clearly don't understand the legal definition of hearsay nor do you understand that hearsay has a million exceptions and is more often than not allowed in the courts. Finally, this impeachment inquiry is not a legal proceeding, so none of that matters anyway. This all leaves out the fact that Trump committed a crime on the air for all to see. Your level of stupidity is mind-blowing. You really do not know anything at all.

You'll need to try a new defense. Holmes' testimony is almost certainly not hearsay.

It is definitely first hand knowledge. Holmes knows first hand what he heard. But even if it was hearsay, that wouldn't matter because:

1) The hearsay rules do not apply to impeachment hearings.

2) Hearsay is usually allowed in Grand Jury testimony, which is what an impeachment hearing is usually compared to.

3) Even in a trial, Sondland's testimony about the call would not be thrown out. There is a co-conspirator exception to the hearsay rule.

But we will soon hear from a witness who was on the call. Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman will make a very strong witness.

Plus, we will soon have two to four witnesses who will testify that Tiny personally followed up with Sondland to make sure his bribery scheme was going according to plan.

Even most Republicans refuse to say he didn't do the crime. The only defense left is to say that bribery is not really bribery.

This is true. I go back and forth about which poster here is the dumbest, and that's obviously between RFH and SV. Usually my thought on the dumbest one is which ever one posted last.

The Stone guilty verdicts should be a strong message to Sondland and any other person who might plan to lie to Congress for Trump. I expect Sondland to spill the beans. Can't claim he's a Never Trumper. Can't say he didn't hear things first hand. It is just going to get worse and worse for Trump.

What we do have is two actual first-person reports. Ukraine President Zelensky and his Foreign Minister confirmed there was no quid pro quo, no bribery, no intimidation.
