This is just wrong. It's not OK to always try to drown out liberals with a flood of intellectually weak arguments and deflections in an attempt to prevent rebuttal of your argument. Trump is compromised, even I am concerned about that.
telling people the truth about what you did as a US Senator is fine. making up stuff and endlessly feeding lies is not. For example. Bernard Lagat can talk about his running in high terms, with full respectability. If I tried claiming that I would have made the US team except for an injury here or there, I'd be a total idiot. seriously...weird when people pull the 'everyone does it' excuse to give trump a pass. I am a conservative however the new batch lacks integrity. You're deflecting again because you don't have a valid defense for Trump and you know it. He is far worse on his best day than Hillary on her worst day. He is going to destroy our once-proud party. I don' think you understand that it is not possible to go back to the all-white 1950s, as much as you might wish it so.

Midterms are always bad for the majority party, we know that. This time, however, it's likely going to be historic.
And few presidents in the modern era have one term. This will be one of them. This is just the way it goes. I believe it will be 2032 before the Republicans stand a chance at holding the presidency again, but they must change before then. Both parties will.
You DO realize how difference the world, this country will be in 2032? Heck, all cars will be electric by then!

Also, Obama used the IRS to silence political opposition, and Hillary would have continued that corruption and probably done much worse. Nothing Trump has done comes remotely close to that level of corruption. Nothing. ... and he would NEVER be allowed to get away with that kind of corruption. Trump is being held accountable, where Hillary would not have been.

There were eight GOP led investigations into Hillary and they did not turn up anything. As for the second part of my previous post, I am discovering that a larger than I would care to admit percentage of my party is racist. It's a sad truth. If Obama could have been held accountable you can bet your bottom dollar that McConnell would have taken him to the woodshed. We knew it was a losing argument.
Again, stop deflecting from the truth that our president is deeply compromised. This reflects very badly on our party and for the sake of preserving the Republican party it is my duty as a proud conservative voter to speak out.
