I figured out the difference between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats want to stand up and fight for the little guy and Republicans want to submit to Donald Trump.

This is, in fact, correct. Argentina only used $2.5bn of the $20bn credit line, and repaid it (ahead of schedule) with interest.
There's plenty to criticize about the 47 administration, if you're looking to do that. The Argentina thing, no.
