You should do some research on that story. Trump's nephew was the admin of his father's estate and Trump reworked the family estate well after his brother died. This occurred when Trump had serious financial problems and could not get a loan from a bank. This also occured while Trump's great nephew had medical problems and Trump said he should just let him die and move to Florida.

I glanced at some of the social media posts. It's basically one of the many right wing "influencers" making $hit up. Since they all follow each other, they then just repost or recycle the comment as say "people are reporting it"... nobody is reporting anything. But it soothes the trumpers to have something to fuel their dwindling hopes, so they eat it up. I checked the timeline of those alcohol posts, and the trumpy X influencers pretty much posted about it at the same time and it took less than an hour for the trumpers here to repost in the thread as fact. Trumplandia is a very closed loop and bubble of BS and they are all addicts.
