They could never get more than 8% of African-Americans to vote for fat boy, so their strategy was to keep as many as possible from voting at all. Between racist Americans, the russians, and the trump campaign, there were plenty who were happy to help.

Sure, that would be very good for Biden. Also, if Trump is impeached and is acquitted, i.e., cleared by the Senate, that would be great news for Trump. He would be flying high by then. The acquittal by the Senate would mean that the House charges carried no weight. They were looked at, considered, and proved to be nothingburgers. Trump would then have a clean slate on the way to the 2020 election. Bring on Warren. Bring on Sanders. Bring on Joe. Bring on Mayor Pete. Bring on the Multi-billionaire. Bring on the best that you have (which isn't nothing to brag about) and let's have a mano-a-mano or womano-a-mano duel for the next president of the United States. Honestly, I think currently Mayor has the best chance to beat Trump. All the others have major negatives. Mayor Pete is articulate, new, engaging, has some nice ideas, and doesn't carry the baggage that most of the rest do. His slogan might be: Repeat. Mayor Pete! Repeat. Mayor Pete!

Today, it has been all Libs/Dems. Is that what you want here? Fat Hurts, Trollimantor, Flaggy, agip, jesse Aztec, and all the others just going around and trashing Trump and lauding whoever the Dem-of-the-moment might be? Is that really what you want? For me it would be Hell to have myself, Igy, Rigged and other Conservatives just spouting off on how the Dems are trash and how Trump is so great. I don't even like whoever says "Dems are trash." We have different philosophies but I think we should respect the views of those on the other side. An All-conservative thread would have me out of there in 1-minute or even less.

If Trump were impeached by the House by partisan vote and acquitted by the senate by partisan vote, it would only mean that voters would need to decide which party they agree with on these votes.

And there is a good chance that there will be a majority of senators vote to convict that still leads to an acquittal.

I despise Trump. More so by the day. Do you not understand that? I was watching TV this morning and he looked like the most vile man. His hair is awful. His facial features are all so bad. He had the worst look on his face. He looked so miserable. He treats women so poorly. He probably treats Melania like trash. YET and I want to repeat that - YET - he is the duly elected president UNTIL the House impeaches him and UNTIL the Senate convicts him. I did not respect him to be honest. I respect the office. Bill Clinton did far worse things thing Trump ever did. He was a serial rapist and possible pedophile. And sexual assaulter. I know that is a mouthful but there is substantial evidence he did all that. Trump had a phone call with a Ukrainian? yOu want to impeach him for that?
