There will likely never be a report and any "fraud" will be "revealed" in an X post. There won't be any confirmation by oversight officials because they are not allowed to see the process or results. All the oversight officials were fired so this could all be done out of the public eye. The only corroberating by press will be those who just repeat the X post because news organizations are also kept out.

Example: Musk said $50M for condoms in Gaza. Total BS. There is a Gaza region of Mozambique that is slated for a similar amount to fight an HIV outbreak which includes mostly medical care. The worldwide US funding of condom distribution is about $5M.

But once a lie like this is spread, the disciples will repeat it even when shown they are wrong and are repeating a lie. We are seeing it here.

"Bro," or "Brah," or "Bruh," We aren't talking about about a few million dollars given to an organization here or there. We're talking about corruption at any cost for "promoting democracy," including funding and bullying media, tech etc., even internally promoting or forcing propaganda (to include funding the media in foreign countries, in many cases up to 90%, in shaping their people to adhere to U.S. operations) and persuade the world in covert ways. I don't disagree we should invest in some of these USA International Development programs, but just like the name of USAID operating under the apparent first interpretation of "aiding" others, it cunningly disguises what the operations actually are and fund, the development or spread of "democracy" or U.S. acceptance (which is advantageous to a degree when discussing business concepts) at any cost. The question becomes one of morality and who the agency truly benefits, and in most cases it isn't the average U.S. citizen. USAID was formed a long time ago in a different era out of covert operations, in one way, to align foreign interests during and before the cold war, perhaps because international assassination was banned in 1948. We can surely afford to lose some weight financially and use technology to our advantage while focusing on foreign agenda rather than in a lot of cases, functioning as a propaganda machine internally. It's a little outdated, frankly. Perhaps we can call it what it really is and merge it with the C.I.A.

Some of this could be cleaned up a bit, that's all.
