There is a systemic and root issue at play. The country elected a criminal so the standard changed. GOP is fully embracing that advantage now. The public loses as usual... but ultimately we will get what we deserve if enough people continue to be blinded. That's how you get a current Venezuela.

NOOOO! When the US deals with NATO or any country or organization OPENLY and as part of US Policy, that is one thing. What Trump did with that call (and beyond) is to withhold defense money that was NOT his to withhold and did so for PERSONAL POLITICAL gain ONLY, not to further established US Policy. Trump can't just do anything he wants as President and claim it's just "US Policy". That would mean he could do ANYTHING and declare it "US Policy". He wasn't using ambassadors properly. He was using a non-vetted personal attorney in a "shadow" way. His call was placed into a secret secure server that is not used for that purpose. He then called for Ukraine and China to investigate his political rival ON CAMERA. Totally illegal.

Absolutely bribery. It IS possible the charge will be extortion or both bribery AND extortion as well as FELONY Campaign Finance law violation, but this is illegal activity. Cut and dried.

I think Biden could beat Trump, I don’t think either of the other two could for reasons I’ve stated.

I have been pretty open about my opinions and who I am. I am OK with an Impeachment, since I think a lot of information will come out. I also think the Biden Ukrainian episode should be investigated by the DOJ. In regards to the cartoon, the Trump Thread is a daily drone of clearly anti-Trump rhetoric. Really nothing more than a regurgitation of MSNBC and CNN, with occasional retorts from me and others. Jesse on numerous occasions has called me a racist. Flagpole believes anyone who supports Trump is stupid or a racist. Both are ignorant statements and used to silence opponents or to shock. So why should anyone really be surprised if I post a political cartoon that underscores a different view. In regards to Democratic political antics, the Steele Dossier was their project. Ukraine is Schiff’s latest project. Impeachment has been a focal point for the party since the 2016 election. It looks like will have a process for impeachment. Let’s see where it leads. The same level of scrutiny should be applied to the Bidens.

This says a lot about the issues and policies in those battlegrounds with swing voters.

73% have little/no trust in process

60% say Dems are more interested in destroying Trump than finding facts

51% oppose impeachment

37% say Trump's actions are clear grounds for impeachment.
