And Trump claims he inherited a mess, but we know he didn't.
There had been about 72 straight months of net employment growth in the US.
The unemployment rate had gone over 10% and Obama handed off a rate below 5%.
The stock market which plummeted bounced back and was handed off at an all time high.
The economy growth could have been better bit at least it was growing.
Wages could be better but they have been creeping up.
It's going to be tough to maintain a steady drop in the unemployment rate and a rising stock market.
History shows things go in cycles and won't improve forever.
And Trump's focus has been on coal which is not in any king of growth mode. He's only trying to help profits. Jobs aren't coming back there.
And he's made promises on manufacturing, but automation consistently means fewer manufacturing jobs over time.
Technology and the service industry are where job growth lies.
His business, the hotel business, is a good place to target for growth.
But he's pissing off foreigners which hurts tourism and the hotel industry in the US in general.
Many business owners do like Trump. So if they are confident, they may keep hiring and try to grow.
It can't be all bad under Trump. Can it?

I agree with this. Somewhere between 40-45% of eligible voters don't even take the trouble to vote. Most illegals are too busy making enough money to get by. Are millions of illegals really going to take time off from work to go vote plus take the risk? Huge numbers of illegals voting doesn't sound realistic.
