Why not? If it's deemed unconstitutional to give birthright citizenship to children of illegal aliens then everyone granted citizenship by such means will be revoked.
If it was a change in the constitution then it would not be applied retroactively, but the supreme court is seeking to clarify the constitution as it currently exists.

Except that’s not how it works. Interpreting the constitution differently does not take away their citizenship. It just means that in the future illegals’ children would not be citizens.
How can the Democrats not like how the U.S. Supreme Court votes. The Democrat Justices stick together like glue, NEVER failing to wander from the warped and perverse policies, ideas, and cases put before them. Trump has socialist taxed American businesses to the tune of $159 billion in GREEN cash. Many American businesses had to suspend R&D projects and expansion to pay Trump's taxes. Efforts to recoup what Trump gouged them for have been unavailing and expensive.

Four will be released immediately, and four will be sentenced to one month in prison.
