Congratulations to Floberg's kid for the baseball game, and also to Floberg for getting so confused he mistakenly ran an appropriately paced first half. Shockingly easy! Way too easy.
Salmon thought it was worth the price to fly Kornfluzi to France. What a waste.
Why do these people only go to the brand offices in places like Europe or Japan? Why do they never visit the sweatshops of southeast asia? That’s the real slow motion video I want.
Definitely seemed like an excuse, but even if he blamed the watch for the first half had he gone out faster since the watch was telling him he was going faster but he was actually going slower he would have actually blown up and not gotten a PR at all.
My take away from the video is he has got to figure out what is causing the nausea and vomiting and get that figured out because that's the key to unlocking his next jump forward.
I wish him the best. Not bad from being a regular hobby jogger too just a few years ago not even being serious about marathoning to where he is today.
Some of the criticisms are fair but at the end of the day he does put in the work and he has gotten a great result.
the guy is a proficient filmmaker, but his running "story" is just boring and cringy as hell
He is not a good filmmaker. He uses all the cliche techniques he knows, overlaid with cliche music because he thinks it's cool but he has no feelings, no creativity, he's just what he thinks people want to see. If he was a good filmmaker he wouldn't be stealing money from gullible newbie runners, he wouldn't be shilling BPN, he wouldn't be prostituting his family for a few views on YouTube. If he was a good filmmaker he'd be making films or TV shows somewhere. He'd have producers and funding. Everything he has done has been self funded (or by mummy and daddy) - let that sink in
Really enjoyed the ‘no time’ series by Floberg culminating in such a beautiful final video. Genuinely get chills each episode when he says no time and then that atmospheric melody kicks in ‘ooooooh oooh oh ohhh, Im a pilgrim la la la’
Such an emotional moment when he heard Cyrus cheering him on and settling his nerves. To hear his rock in that moment of doubt and see how he responded chocked me up.
Loved the start too. So envious of the guys in the BPN crew. Would love to fit in with them and enjoy all their banter and joy. Sooo cool. And to see Aubrey and BenisRunning getting to meet him and see how wicked the American running community is! Surely they will try and move to the States soon.
So unlucky that his watch completely screwed him over. I’d be fuming. Cost him 10 seconds a mile probably at least for the first half. It’s why I still stick to Garmin, far more reliable.
Very encouraging and exciting for someone following his journey that he felt so easy at 2:32 pace. The sub 2:28 and beyond will come. Excited for the next marathon build and series.

I don't think there's mommy and daddy money there. I'm very familiar with the Chicago area and let me tell you he's living in Park Ridge, which is not a premier suburb, in a modest house with a one car garage.
Floberg definitely isn't doing much to beat the allegations that he has no idea what marathon pace is supposed to feel like in this latest video. Also, there are clocks at every 5k of the course man and everyone knows that GPS isn't to be trusted at Chicago.
Imagine paying $150 dollars per month for a guy to coach you via Patreon only to have his assistant Cyrus do most of the "coaching" (i.e., responding to text inquiries about the cookie Cutter plan). Then, race day comes and you need to go to the BPN shakeout to get your final, non-personalized race plan from your influencer coach who has decided to cosplay as ET the extra terrestrial for some reason:
