Some babies are born with 3 fingers. That's not a new type of human that's a human that was born with a birth defect.

You missed the “it’s rare” in that sentence. It does happen.
At the end of May, Gov. Tim Walz signed into law an education finance bill which includes requirements for schools to provide menstrual products at no charge starting in January 2024. The bill’s language states that “the products must be available to all menstruating students” in grades four through 12. Each school district must develop a plan to stock pads and tampons in bathrooms “regularly used” by female and male students.
1) January 2024 is well behind us, yet not a single school has tampons in the boys' bathrooms. That is because the law does not require it.
If you think the law requires it, again, NAME THE SCHOOL that complied.
2) Boys' bathrooms are not REGULARLY USED by people who menstruate, so the law does not apply to boys' bathrooms.
