The women have been believed already, to the extent possible. He will not be Governor, and he has resigned. Sending him to prison depends on whether there is a criminal trial and whether the women testify. That's how it works in America, as per the Constitution.
We aren't Republicans, so we don't defend rapists. But we also are Americans and so we respect the legal process.
