Lots of golfers use a cart to drive around the golf course…rather than actually walk the entire course on their own 2 feet. They also pay someone else to carry their bags, clubs, and other fancy stuff at their fancy golf club.

Not necessarily so. Nike dropped Lance and JoePa. Nike didn't really take a hit, but Lance and JoePa sure did.

If anyone clicks on the "water cooler" link where Fuller makes his op/ed posts, they'll notice that one post generated more comments than all the others combined. The comments are now longer than the post itself.

Skins is going to eat some bad PR for being complicit in this scam. Michael Speicher (who along with Dustin) was the other crew person in the RV is a Skins employee:

Even though we've talked a lot about Dustin on this thread, Michael Speicher, SKINS digital marketer, has been there from start to finish.

Michael Speicher, a SKINS employee, helped Rob scam maybe as many as half the miles out west before Kansas.

SKINS is part of the scam.

Very few here know anything about this kind of running. If someone said a few weeks ago that this slow, pudgy guy ran 100 mpw everyone would laugh hysterically. Now lots of posters think it's reasonable (I don't) to say that he only cheated half of the time, i.e ran 250 mpw in the hilly desert.

Mr. Fuller,

I have always appreciated your company’s stance on ethics in sports, which makes your support of Robert Young all the more disappointing. His dishonesty and blatant disrespect to the sport of running is egregious in and of itself, but to couple this offensive sham with claims of doing it for the benefit of children is truly beyond the pale. When someone is found to be dishonest about such important matters, it truly calls into question everything he or she claims. I can only hope that Skins will do the right thing, take responsibility and denounce this travesty. Until then, you can rest assured that your company will be boycotted by the growing masses who are learning what Robert Young truly stands for.
