A lot of American businesses want their tax money back from the Trump administration. They were illegally taxed by Trump.
American businesses need the money that the Trump administration illegally taxed them to expand their businesses, meet payroll, extend benefits to employees, and invest in research and development for the business. But Trump doesn't want to give the money back to American businesses. Trump has other plans to spend the businesses' money that he had government agents rake in.

Trump is a conventional tax and spend type politician. Trump adheres to belief that he knows what to spend American business' money on better than the businesses do.
He has two places to stay, White House or behind the bars. He will try everything to stay in power. The constitution is toothless against a single man.

Something doesn't add up. Trump the dealmaker was going to create World Peace (aka whirled Peas). His style, charm, masterful dealmaking and leadership was going to cause wars to cease.
