At one point, a few days before the inauguration, he came very close to having a favorability rating as high as his unfavorability rating. And he's still pretty close. But as far as a majority (50% or higher) approval, that's not coming any closer, and he seems stuck in the 47% neighborhood. He remains the only POTUS in the last X years to never have had a day of majority approval.
