There's actually three (3) paths to victory. You have not been paying attention, Muggy. Biden can have alternate elector certificates delivered to Harris in her capacity as vice president on 1/6/25. The Vice President determines which electoral certificates are valid. As long as the alternate certificates have Harris' name on them, she will have a guaranteed third path to victory.
