I felt Boise area was a center of the new housing bubble. I have been getting new listings daily from my Zillow feed. Just minutes ago I received 10 new listings.

Ours a 2002, still going. This year I did put in $450 to replace a heater resistor, and $175 to tighten loose A/C lines. Two separate repairs. We drive a little more with me babysitting our grandson on the other side of town. Although I doubt we will hit 6,000 miles on two cars.
