I'm fine with building a ballroom but it's so ugly. The rendering of the opulent white and gold interior is gross.

Also, the "privately" funded, Trump owned "presidential library" in Miami has a lot of floors with that are not part of the library. You can bet those floors will of rented offices, or temporarily owned condos and time-shares. All managed by the Trump sons, Beavis and Butthead.
