Trump is trying to argue his legal case on Truth social. His first legal claim. He should is exonerated because the Grand Jury was not told about the Clinton Sox case.

If even a small portion of what is included in the indictment is proven to the appropriate standard in court, that is punishable under the law, and it is poor conduct (anywhere from reckless to abhorrent) for any citizen, especially a holder of, or aspirant to, high office.
Don’t overplay your hand. If there’s anyone persuadable out there, why would you shift the conversation to something that is almost certainly much harder to prove?

Probably when there is evidence presented and evaluated. Allegations of taped phone calls aren't evidence. Disclose and evaluate what's on the tapes and then talk about prosecution.
Lists of corporations or LLCs that resulted in payments to family members aren't in and of themselves evidence (just as hotel receipts for Trump for stays by foreign dignitaries aren't in and of themselves evidence). There still needs to be a link to an improper action by the 'big guy'.
The House GOP isn't doing their cause any good by overstating what they have so far. They should do the hard work, provide the evidence or real wrongdoing if it exists and then demand a prosecution. That's what the Special Prosecutor did in the Trump case. He found the evidence and it appears to show that Trump had secret government documents and refused to return them.
By the way, the DOJ's Delaware office and perhaps others are working on the Biden case.
